Job responsibilities：

 Responsible for commissioning and operation of equipment section of reverse osmosis membrane production line;

 can analyze The problems in the production process of reverse osmosis diaphragm independently and put forward relevant solutions

have a better understanding of reverse osmosis membrane equipment and production line, and can put forward improvement measures.

   Be responsible for writing and reviewing technical documents such as process operation instructions, process control instructions, interlocking instructions, etc

   Be able to assist R&D team to develop products targeted to customers' needs.

Requirements:

Education requirements: Master degree or above, major in membrane separation, polymer materials, chemical engineering, etc.

Work experience: 3 to 5 years related working experience in membrane product research and development and industry.  R&D or process engineer in foreign or joint venture enterprises experience is preferred .

Project experience: Debugging and operating  experience of water treatment separation membrane (ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis membrane); debugging and operating experience of reverse osmosis membrane casting and coating film production line, familiar with process rule; understanding basic recipe and process of reverse osmosis membrane, key process parameters of membrane preparation process.

Requirements:

College degree or above, major in mechanical design.

More than 3 years related working experience, experience in mechanical design non-standard equipment is preferred.

Proficient in mechanical design knowledge, skilled in the application of AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, Proe, UG and other software for mechanical design.

Be rigorous, steady, conscientious and responsible, and have a good sense of professional ethics and teamwork.

Familiar with all kinds of machining technology, can correctly select all kinds of tools and processing equipment.

Job responsibilities：

Responsible for the implementation of product design plan, drawing design and related technical documents, drawing and design document management, to solve design problems in product or production.

        Participate in product development, research and development, and formulate development plans.

Complete the preparation of technical documents and drawings according to R&D plan, record all kinds of working elements in time and compile complete product documents.

Complete the design of mechanical structure and components of non-standard automation equipment according to the requirements, and calculate the materials and costs.

Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leadership.

Job responsibilities：

Major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, College Degree or above. Excellent people in this field can relax to secondary school degree.

More than 3 years of relevant working experience in electrical design, familiar with the design and construction technology specifications of related specialties such as strong and weak electricity, able to guide site construction, familiar with common electrical parts selection, equipment installation process, and have strong ability of scheme evaluation and drawing review.

Master the programming design of mainstream PLC skillfully, install and debug. Such as Siemens S7-300, S7-1200 and so on.

Be proficient in using CAD, EPLAN, PCSCHEMATIC and other software to design and draw electrical schematic diagram.

Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good communication and learning ability.

Familiar with various electrical control principles, structures and performance, able to complete the requirements of non-standard automation equipment according to the requirements, to carry out the modeling, installation and debugging of electrical components, and to account for materials and costs.

Participate in the product development, research and development of new production lines and equipment, and formulate development plans.

Complete the compilation of technical documents and drawings for new production lines and equipment as planned, record various working elements in time and compile complete product documents.

It can deal with all kinds of electrical accidents of production line and equipment, and formulate corresponding measures and plans.

Salary treatment: monthly salary negotiation, pay five insurance, enjoy paid annual leave, holiday benefits, year-end awards at the end of the year.

Working hours: 8 hours, can work overtime, have single rest on sunday.
